Customers may request order cancellation before the order is processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
KG Nutrition & Sports reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
Product unavailable or out of stock
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Operational or logistical reasons
In such cases, customers will be notified and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
All requests related to returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be reviewed by KG Nutrition & Sports, and the final decision will remain solely at the discretion of KG Nutrition & Sports management.
